Brenda's Meatloaf Delight

1 lb Ground beef, crumbled
1 c  Breadcrumbs; soft, preferable
1/2 c  Thousand island dressing
1    Egg
1/2 ts Caraway seed (optional)
Pepper

Filling:
1 oz Corned beef (from can), chop
1/2 c  Cheese; swiss, shredded

Combine all meat mixture ingredients in medium bowl. Press 1/2 of mixture in
bottom of loaf pan. Make slight indentation, lengthwise down centre of meat loaf. Combine all filling mixture and put in indentation. Top with remaining meat mixture, pressing to enclose filling and sealing edges. Cook at 375 13-18 minutes or till firm and temperature is 145F. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
